Anxiety can be treated in multiple different ways. First, medication is either prescribed or natural. Make sure that if you are taking medication that you are being safe. Next is therapy. Therapy is a great way to release anxiety and by talking and empathizing with someone. Finally anxiety can be treated with self care. Knowing that you come first is important. In the next slide we have different types of self care ideas. Treatment decisions are based on how severe your anxiety disorder is and how it affects your ability to function in your daily life. The two main treatments for anxiety is psychotherapy and medications. It may take some trial and error to discover which treatments work best for you.
