Social anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders. Social anxiety can be experienced in different situations such as making eye contact, entering rooms, or going to school. People with social anxiety feel judged by others in social events and feel as though they might offend someone. Physical symptoms include nauseating, lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat, and inability to catch breath. Luckily social anxiety can easily be cured with therapy.
