Anxiety is not an easy task, but there are ways to make it a little more manageable. You could write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal to express what you are feeling and to get it out of your system. You could paint to calm yourself and shift your focus to something else. You could listen to music to take your mind off of things. You could take a walk outside to get a breath of fresh air. You could practice taking deep breaths to help slow down your heart rate. There are so many more ways to cope with anxiety and that can make a big difference if used in the correct manner.
